Dakiko values the privacy of your personal data. This page provides step-by-step instructions for deleting your account and permanently removing your personal data.

Data We Collect

Dakiko collects the following personal data to provide its services:

• First name and last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Appointment history (date, time, service details)
• Device information (IP address, operating system, device identifiers)

Account Deletion Steps

Follow the steps below to delete your account:

1. Open the Dakiko mobile app.
2. Go to Profile > Settings.
3. Tap the "Delete My Account" button.
4. Enter the OTP verification code sent to your email or phone.
5. Your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted.

Deleted Data

The following data will be permanently deleted after account deletion:

• First name, last name, and identity information
• Phone number and email address
• Appointment history and details
• Device information and IP address
• Profile settings and preferences

Retained Data

Due to legal regulations, certain data such as invoice and payment records are retained for the relevant legal retention periods. When this period expires, the relevant data is automatically deleted.

Deletion Time

Account deletion occurs instantly. Data subject to legal retention periods is automatically deleted at the end of the relevant period.
