Dakiko ("Platform", "We") attaches great importance to the privacy and security of users' ("User", "You") personal data. This policy is intended to inform you about how your data is collected, used, and protected, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. What Data Do We Collect?

In order to offer our services, we may collect the following data:

Identity Information: First name, last name.
Contact Information: Phone number, email address.
Appointment Information: Date, time, and service details of appointments you receive from businesses.
Payment Information: Your payment transactions take place over the iyzico infrastructure, and your credit card information is ABSOLUTELY NOT STORED on our servers.
Device Information: IP address, operating system, and device identifiers.

3. For What Purpose Do We Use Your Data?

The data we collect is processed for the following purposes:

To enable you to book appointments from businesses on the platform.
To transfer necessary information so that businesses (Tenants) can manage appointment processes.
To send appointment reminders and confirmation codes (OTP) via SMS and email.
To fulfill our legal obligations and to use as evidence in potential disputes.

4. Data Security and Iyzico Payment Infrastructure

All financial transactions on our application are carried out with the assurance of iyzico, a payment institution approved by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB). The card information you enter on the payment screen is transmitted directly to iyzico systems in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards. Dakiko cannot see or record this information.

5. Data Deletion and Cancellation (Account Closure)

Users can deactivate their accounts at any time by following the Profile > Settings > "Delete My Account" steps within the mobile app or via the web platform. As a result of account deletion, all your personal data for which legal retention is not mandatory is anonymized or deleted from our platform.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

To learn whether personal data is processed.
To request information if personal data has been processed.
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose.
To request correction of personal data if processed incompletely or incorrectly.
To request deletion of personal data within the framework of KVKK conditions.
