Terms of Use and Service Agreement
Last Updated: May 14, 2026
1. Parties and Subject of the Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Agreement") determine the terms of use between the individual customers using the Dakiko platform ("Platform") and the businesses ("Business" or "Tenant") providing appointments and services through the platform. Anyone who registers to or uses the platform ("User") is deemed to have read and accepted the conditions in this agreement.
2. Platform's Role and Responsibilities
Dakiko is an independent technology provider (intermediary service provider) that brings together businesses and customers. Dakiko cannot be held directly responsible for the quality, performance, or cancellation of physical services (e.g. hairdresser, consulting, field service, etc.) received through the platform. Performance of the service is entirely the responsibility of the relevant Business. Dakiko is not responsible for any number bans or blocks that may occur as a result of advertising, promotional or bulk messaging by businesses through the WhatsApp lines connected to the platform.
3. Account Creation and Use
- Users are obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date phone numbers/emails when registering to the platform.
- Account security is entirely the user's responsibility.
- The User can leave the platform at any time by using the "Delete My Account" feature in the application or website.
4. Appointments and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund conditions for appointments booked through the platform are determined by the Business providing the service. Users are obliged to check the business's cancellation policies before booking an appointment. Dakiko does not offer a refund guarantee unless there is a technical platform failure.
5. Payment Terms
Online payments made through Dakiko are carried out using the iyzico payment infrastructure in accordance with legal regulations. Dakiko does not store credit card data of any User on its own servers. Iyzico ensures the security of your payment data with PCI-DSS standards.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, designs, logos, and algorithms on the Platform are the property of Dakiko. Users and Businesses cannot copy, reproduce, or use the infrastructure or images of the platform for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Changes to the Agreement
Dakiko reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms of Use without any prior notice. Current conditions become effective the moment they are published on our website and in the application.
